1.Begriffserklärung MiniSelecta
Der MiniSelecta ist eine kostenlose, mit viel Mühe erstellte Animation, die dem klassischen Mini Tribut zollt und die Community um ein Stückchen Kult bereichern soll.
Der Selecta ist komplett kostenlos und die Seite ermöglicht das freie hochladen von Bildern ( von Treffen, dem eigenem KFZ, einem erstellten Bild).
Frei nach dem Motto "Wenn nicht wir, wer denn dann?" haben wir diese Seite ins Leben gerufen.
Wir hoffen sie gefällt euch und wenn Ihr uns supporten wollt, nur zu, schickt uns euren Link.
2. Was ist erlaubt ? Rechtliches...
Es ist gestattet Bilder in Foren und auch so frei zu verteilen und zu Posten, die Betonung hierbei liegt auf frei ( nicht kommerziell) !
Ihr könnt die erstellten Bilder frei bearbeiten das Copyright bleibt bei MiniSelecta.de.
Es ist nicht gestattet Bilder kommerziell zu nutzen ( T-Shirt Druck, andere Prints), kommerzielle Nutzung ist eindeutig untersagt und wird strafrechtlich verfolgt !
Kommerzieller Gebrauch von fremder Arbeit und Missachtung der Community nur aufgrund von Finanziellem Interesse ist nicht erwünscht !

This Selecta is a free-to-use website and enables you to upload pictures free of charge (meetings, your own vehicle, created pics).
We created this site true to the motto "If not us, who else?".

2. What is licit? Legal terms...
You are allowed to upload pictures into the forum for free, as well as use them for free. Free means "not in commercial terms"!
You can change created pictures freely, however, the copyright lies with MiniSelecta.de.
It is not allowed to use pictures for commercial means (shirts prints, stickers, other media...). The commercial use is forbitten, any attempt will be prosecuted.
The use of 3rd-party intellectual property, as well as the commercial use of the community are not allowed.
